SenseMakingLens explores how institutions fail, how societies lose their grip on reality, and how strategic adaptation becomes possible again when established narratives, incentives, and models no longer track the world they claim to describe.
The project is organised around three essay series: The Invisible Defeat, Civilisational Prism, and The Probability Web. Together, they examine strategic decline, civilisational perception, and the mental tools required to navigate a world that is more probabilistic, contested, and nonlinear than many institutions admit.
